Designed my own cross polarizer for better #photogrammetry using FreeCAD FreeCAD (CAD+CAM+CAE) in only few minutes. Fits perfectly on my ringlight.
Project S.L.A.I.R. I just use FreeCAD because I'm a FOSS kind of guy. Snapped a pic on my phone, imported to a plane, measured the outside width on the part to set scale, really roughly traced, extruded and hit print.

If you haven't tried them out yet, install them using the addon manager!Lots of little theme updates have been made to OpenTheme. Hopefully this improves the overall experience and unifies the visuals between the light and dark versions better while using FreeCAD (CAD+CAM+CAE)
JohnOCFII Shawn Hymel FreeCAD (CAD+CAM+CAE) It was this that finally pushed me to FreeCAD and I've not looked back. After a week or so of initial pain and getting acquainted with the plugin ecosystem I found it had pretty much everything available that I used Fusion for.
