I have been burnt by an accountable employment Judge in my whistleblowing case so the below is refreshing

But it is staggering that the appeal court and ET President has failed to act and it has taken a BBC journalist to door step the offending Judge for any accountability

This is a BBC journalist on the One O'clock News putting serious allegations of judicial misconduct to the relevant Judge because the wider legal system refuses to do it or even investigate.

🚨🚨Lost for words again.

The danger that patients, like the one below, are put in when assessed by a PA instead of a doctor can lead to serious morbidity or death.

Is this what we want for our families?

Replacing doctors with PAs will be the medical scandal of this century.

This case is all that is wrong with whistleblowing law plus 140 tonnes of Plutonium.

An utter disgrace

So the PA examined and took the history of a patient.

And the tribunal determined that the doctor failed in their duties for not examining the patient or taking a history themselves and in addition to the PA.

What exactly is the purpose of a PA in this medico-legal context?

Red flag*

It’s very screwed up to alter scientific recommendations on transmission based on the fact not everyone can afford it. They didn’t do that for vaccines.

The inequity needs tackling, not the critical recommendations
