ELECTION DAY AM REPORT: ~15x 2nd Ward precincts reported the following: - Judges getting wrong equipment -Polling locations not opening until 6:30am -Judges arriving late -unclear about job duties / roles 1/3

Called BOE (Board of Elections) at 6:22 and after 12 minutes on hold line went dead. Left number but no call back yet. Bottom line: We get the craziness of Election Day but this amount of issues/problems are inexcusable. 2/3

We need some answers from Chicago Board of Elections as to how we can improve systems and efficiencies for November, February and April Elections (and beyond) A couple precincts will have issues…16 + is unacceptable. 3/3
