We have a long way to go to make ESs aware of the issues faced by IMGs. Tackling it comes after. In a recent meeting with 100s of ESs, the majority opinion was it is "fair" to have differential attainment as it is IMGs repsonsibility & not theirs to get used to the system here๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ
