We track a lot of data and share it with our players to stimulate healthy competition and personal evaluation. But leaderboards do not drive our programming. We focus far more on weaknesses than strengths. Winning the weight room only matters if it transfer to winning games.

High school baseball is so important. It is one of the last community based baseball programs we have left. Kids that grew up in the same neighborhoods, that go to school together, that share specific upbringings. It needs to stay important. It needs to be celebrated.
