Surah Yusuf is so beautiful. It teaches us the closest people can betray you, broken hearts can be healed with love, ease comes after hardship, being sad doesn't equal being ungrateful, and people of patience have beautiful endings.

Tawakkul is having full faith that Allah will take care of you even when things looks impossible.

Dating a person who was single for a long time requires a lot of patience. They’re used to being on their own, used to “personal space” and time. As long as they’re willing to adjust for you, give them time and attention. Because if you always play “who will text first” ehn..🚶‍♂️

The biggest lesson I learned this year is to not force anything; conversations, friendships, relationships, attention, love. Anything forced is just not worth fighting for. Whatever flows flows, what crashes crashes. It is what it is.

The concept of qadr never ever fails to amaze me Wallah. If something is truly written for you it will not miss you, no matter what happens, and that should be enough comfort and reassurance for us Alhamdulillah

When I was a kid, I had a really rich friend. I was so envious of his house, toys, and stuff. But after we’d hang out, he’d eat a chef-prepared meal in front of the TV alone—and I’d go home to eat dinner with my family. It was only later that I realized: I was the rich one.
