I should mention that on the KLM flight in question (KL591) there were approx. 50 people who had their bags lost. If you're one, please feel free to add your thoughts.

Also should note that KLM's messenger and whatsapp contact 'options' are absolute bullsh*t. I waited for a response for over 4 weeks (yes you read that correctly). Every week, they'd send a msg asking if i was 'still there' lol.

Thought I should mention that Air France and KLM worked together on this disaster of a flight..... and both their 'customer service' teams seem to be on an extended vacation (3 months of no response from whatsapp/messenger) LOL joke of an airline.
