Revisiting Oly lifts. Taking it slowly and working on hip, ankle, wrist and shoulder mobility. Mixing Olympic lifts with plyometrics to see if it improves motocross times.

Cleaning up any muscle group that feels neglected. Found out that I was doing the belt squat wrong. There are bars that I should have held on to.

Thought it would be muddy yesterday but conditions dried up making it a great time to ride. 118 not me, except at 27 seconds. A friend needed a bike to ride so I let him use mine for two motos while I experimented with my phone's video settings.

Video will always call you out. Squats, legs offset and safety bars were a little too high. Low reps at 135 lb, 185lb, 225lb, 275lb, and 315 lb. 3 sets of pullups last one with a 25lb bumper plate to test myself due to a new requirement.
