Cow smuggling racket operating under the guise of a Goushala was busted in Varanasi. Police arrested 4 accused Shubham Bharti, Ratan Lal, Vijay Shankar, Satpal Singh and recovered 58 cattle. This gang was smuggling cows from Varanasi to Bihar.
