Beginnings of tonight’s dinner. Swordfish and udon noodles with a mirin and lemon sauce. Soon to be wedding bok choy and some other random vegetables I have around here somewhere.

How it started and how it’s ending tonight. Udon noodles, mushrooms, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, bok choy, and lobster meat in a lobster stock infused mirin broth.
