This is crazy: Biden's last act in the chip war before leaving office is to literally build a global technological Berlin Wall. Extremely easy to predict that this will backfire dramatically. Let's think this through. First of all, the heart of this initiative is the U.S.

Unify Ethereum. Seriously folks, this is a focused, practical, and concise roadmap for a fast and cheap Ethereum, that feels like one network, and it’s happening in 2025.
