So excited to see this out!! XCP-D is a workhorse for fMRI post-processing!! Just BRAVO to all-stars @kahini_mehta @taylor_salo and our friends at MIDB led by the only Damien Fair. Check out the software (>3k downloads already!) and let us know!

Does your fMRI task involve response times? If so, you should check out our new paper in order to avoid condition difference effect estimates from being driven by RT differences. nature.com/articles/s4156…

We often align different single-cell datasets, but which data should(n't) be aligned? ⚡️Our new PNASNews paper proposes a rigorous test to tell when 2 datasets are (partly) alignable + a new alignment algo with min distortion pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pn… code github.com/rongstat/SMAI

I'm on the hunt for a #postdoctoral associate to join me at #uvm asap, to unravel the mysteries of how all those hours of binge-watching, video gaming, and social media scrolling are rewiring the brains of our youth. Know anyone who might be interested?#neuroimaging #neuroscience

Lesson learned: NEVER TRUST any transfer offer from editors—they are mostly a formality. Spent months revising with a 13k+ word (37p) response letter. The result? A desk rejection without explanation. On the bright side, we saved $5,000 in APCs.
