Lessons from 18 Out-performers: In the last 20 years, only 11 countries have grown annually by 5% or more. 10 Asian and only 1 African, #Ethiopia. 7 others, all Asian, have grown by 3.5% or more for 50 years. See graph by McKinsey & Company. Question: Should #Africa emulate Asia’s model?
