So happy with how far I’ve come at controlling my anxiety. Last night I was stranded in central with no phone charge or tube. Usually I would panic but I didn’t. I sat down and thought about what I could do. Would not have got this far without meditation practice.

My sister tried to persuade me to run by the river rather than on the streets. I refused because I know the uneven ground by the river would make me twist my ankle. She went by the river today and twisted her ankle. Moral of the story. Always listen to Zaylie.
