The new UX Bitly is absolutely horrific. Before, you could copy and drop the link. Now, it's several clicks before you can get the shortened link, wasting valuable time.

Things that should never be on your Monday morning punch list. 'Make sure Hootsuite 🦉 actually published weekend posts.' Been going on for several months now with no response to the support ticket. Does anyone have reco's for a competent publishing tool?

Does anyone else out there use services similar to Amazon? While they continue to deny that 2-day shipping hasn't disappeared, it clearly has. Taking a week for most things to get here for the last 4 months. I'm spoiled so considering making a change.

Poopsuite's planner has been completely down for several hours as we're trying to schedule our clients for the weekend. Ever since they have tripped their prices the platform is absolute trash and buggy as heck. Finding a better solution. Hootsuite 🦉

I've used the Spark Capital One Business Card for 8 years. I missed bringing my account current by 1 day for the first time. We spend a decent amount on client ads & interest was significant. They waived the interest no questions asked. Nice to see a company that puts customers first.
