I call UnitedHealthcare to ask a question. They tell me I have to speak to Optum. Optum tells me I have to call UnitedHealthcare. UHC transfers me to optum “provider services”. I’m a member. Call UHC. UHC says I have to call Optum. This is how UnitedHealthcare makes health worse and commits fraud. Bill Ackman
