Excited to share this new paper from the ever-amazing Yuru Huang describing menu healthiness of more than 170k out-of-home food outlets in GB. We found that more deprived areas tend to have more outlets, and that these tend to be less healthy. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

The #SupremeNudge project shows that supermarket nudging & pricing strategies alone may not improve diet quality in disadvantaged neighborhoods. More comprehensive policy measures are needed to foster healthier food purchases. Great work by @JosineStuber and team!

Online experiments in Indonesia, Mexico and Turkey showed that both #NutriScore and warning labels are mostly accepted and potentially promote healthier food choices, with Nutri-Score producing somewhat larger and more consistent effects osf.io/preprints/psya… via Center for Open Science
