ive finally stumbled upon the language to explain this malaise, and i hate it i hate it so damn much no longer can i just brush things aside as baseless anxieties conjured by the mind this is a real problem and it's not one that can be solved with any intention

i can improve myself in all the ways i want to, that i aspire to and that's still no guarantee that i'll free myself from this pit im trapped in this kind of labelling, i see no clear path to its deconstruction

is that a path taking shape? no, it's not even a faint outline of the first step but it's something worth pursuing something mundane, something wished-for something true? the best lies do contain some truth even in its falsehood, i hope it'll be worth it
