Congratulations to Joshua Yun-En Chung for his 2nd prize for best undergraduate research project uOttawa | Innovation (UROP)!! Yun-En's work on real-time analysis of mass spectrometry data was published in J. of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ja… uOttawaBMI uOttawaBMI uOttawa | Faculté de médecine, Faculty of Medicine @CNPN_2021
I’m thrilled to receive the prize! Special thanks goes to Alexander Pelletier, my supervisor and lab members in the Mathieu Lavallée-Adam lab, and the university for their support in my research project!
Alongside Dr. Ruth Huttenhain, Mathieu Lavallée-Adam is a new Co-Chair of the #HUPOECR! He echos Ruth's dedication and hopes that the initiative's activities will help early career researchers realize their full potential. (And there's lots planned!) Read more: ow.ly/tTHQ50E2oMk
Please share our CNPN Member Spotlight #3 🎺🎉🎺 The Lavallée-Adam Lab Megan Womack (Laval) Université d'Ottawa | University of Ottawa @CNPN_2021 #proteomics CNPN starts on May 10th!
@CNPN_2021 Bioinformatics session starting now! Looking forward to Olga Vitek's talk! Also join us to hear from two of our lab's fantastic trainees, Kevin Kovalchik and @emiroth_ Find them in Gather.town after their talks! #ProteomicsForLife
Our latest paper is out in @BMCBioinfo. In this paper, Rachel Nadeau designed a novel functional enrichment analysis, named PIGNON. PIGNON uses protein interaction networks to guide the analysis of quantitative proteomics datasets. bmcbioinformatics.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.11…
The Lavallée-Adam Lab had a blast at #HUPOReCONNECT. It was so much fun to reconnect (pun intended) with colleagues and meet new people! Thank you to Human Proteome for organizing such an engaging conference despite the online environment!
I could not be more proud of this group!!!! You did it!!!! From left to right: Chloé Lavoie, Yun-En Chung (Joshua Yun-En Chung), Emily Hashimoto-Roth (Emily Hashimoto-Roth), and Patrick Smyth!!! Take the time to celebrate your accomplishments! @uOttawaTMM uOttawaBMI uOttawa | Faculté de médecine, Faculty of Medicine OISB
