Today’s quick update [Jan 9]: - Clashes between SAF & RSF continue in Khartoum. - RSF continues its onslaught on villages of Jezira State, the latest being in Almeilig, where at least 6 civilians were reportedly killed and tens of young men detained. #KeepEyesOnSudan

- Food, water and medicine shortages continue across the country, particularly in conflict zones. - Per a survey conducted by the International Food Policy Research Institute in all states except the Darfur, 40% of farmers were unable to plant in summer. #KeepEyesOnSudan
