🇨🇩 Young, Professional & Congolese It wasn't at first, because I didn't know anything about the role or sector. But now I'm here I would say, the barriers are not too high to enter even on an entry level. I'm trying to encourage more people in because there's a lot of opportunity and £€$ here.
🇨🇩 Young, Professional & Congolese I'm actually working with a few others in the same field to pull together a type of hub that will give more information on Compliance as a role in general (across different industries) and how to get into it/job ops/networking etc because its still hard to find (1/2)
🇨🇩 Young, Professional & Congolese so will definitely share with you to share on... but for anyone wanting to look at basic certificates to get an understanding try Training Express (really cheap) or ICA (abit more pricey). Or anyone interested can just hit me up on the DM happy to talk it through (2/2)

🇨🇩 Young, Professional & Congolese Hmm not really, but mainly because i completed a bachelors & masters in criminology / women & violence - so I had the knowledge. I then got a trainee role as a Domestic Abuse Practitioner and worked my way up from there x
