RisoGalloUK were proud to contribute to the recent dinner in support of A Passion to Inspire - Alan Paton came up with this beautiful scallop kedgeree recipe with pork fat confit (!) which went down very well. All of our best wishes to Murray as he deals with this next chapter xx
