Actually I hate how there are no 0kcal konjac jelly pouches in Finland. Or if there are they cost a lot. In japan they're like under 100 yen (60 cents) I always have them in jpn . Breakfast lunch dinner snack . I think I'll hoard them from there this summer Most delic thing

Today's cals 🍰 I felt like puking as soon as I woke up and every thought of food made me want to throw up. Was dizzy and my stomach hurt so I only went for a small walk. For lunch I had three pieces of thin bread, and for dinner instant apple-cinnamon oatmeal w choc pudding.
