Removed Position tracking from AI SEO/GEO tool. It was very unreliable, even tho I was using gpt 4.1 it could not precisely calculate position of brands. We started with complicated calculation but things are getting simpler as I have better understanding.

Built my own Voice to text app this weekend. Local models, local storage and it's pretty fast. I had over 130k words dictated in the past 2 months. And I wanted everything to be stored locally. Had fun and learned a lot too :)

Switched to small q5 model from base. not even using the large v3 anymore. This model has like 90% accuracy and similar to base model speed.
