Do you smoke? Make it your goal this Ramadan to give up this unhealthy habit. Smoking costs a lot of money, can make you anxious about when you can smoke next and can disrupt your sleep, all which can have a negative effect on your mental health.

If you struggle to get in the zone in lockdown, try to create a prayer corner. Decorate it, lay your prayer mats, spray perfume. Make it a space that will create a peaceful ambience for your solat, #Quran and reflections.

Allah never said you need to complete the entire #Quran in Ramadan. Don't be intimidated. If you struggle to read, try just one or two short surah every day. Ramadan is the month of Quran. It is for everyone.

I’ve realized when people are searching for faith, they believe in God or a higher power but just don’t know how to really describe what that means. aH we know what we mean when we say Allah/God, because we can define him by his attributes. gems of our religion -huma seth #YQGems

Thank Allah it's Friday. The Messenger of Allah (Allah’s peace be upon him) said: “There is such an hour on Friday that if any Muslim makes dua in it, his dua will definitely be accepted.” (Bukhari, Muslim)

"Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves and if You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we will surely be among the losers" It's a little delayed, but here it is. A dua list primarily from the Quran with the hashtag #ympdualist

Be so good at what you do such that people have little choice but to love you. In Ramadan, Mohamed Salah changed his training routine to 3am to accommodate fasting. It is his way of keeping his performance for the rest of the season. #muslimtalent #ramadanhero #ymp

One of the great missions as Muslims is to be able to carry along the goodness of Ramadan into the rest of the year. If you've been reading Quran, or pray on time, or spent quality time with Allah... continue. Take Ramadan as a training ground for the rest of the year.

May we come out of this Ramadan more thoughtful, more self aware, more resilient, more patient, more generous, forming better relationship with Allah and His Quran. May Allah accept all that goodness that we've done.
