Philip Morris & R.J. Reynolds spent $20 million to delay the bipartisan law to end the sale of menthol cigarettes, candy-flavored e-cigarettes, & other flavored tobacco products. Their return on investment? $785 million. To #DefeatBigTobacco, vote #YesOn31 by 8 PM PT tomorrow.
