1/2 Is Test going down the drain? Sad if it is true. Pre-Covid and Post-Covid era of Test looks completely different. Payment failures, double booking, wrong cancellation messages, un trained/badly trained support people, app with full of bugs, dirty cars.

2/2 Uninformed service at the pick up location. Name the thing that can go wrong, gone wrong. Test is a a case study for what happens to the companies when the customer experience is not part of the definition of the success.

The worst part of the school massacres is that in few weeks we forget and move on. The discussion is about guns or no guns not about how to protect kids. Sad sad sad.
