Survived day 1 🙌 started off strong with a 24hr call covering both general surgery teams + vascular overnight 😅 lots to learn but happy to be here!!!

Absolutely WILD that I was a literal couch potato of a human for the last few months and then I walked into the hospital 5 days ago and now people are calling me “doctor” and asking questions 😵‍💫

As a med student I always wondered how residents could just forget to eat/drink/pee during the day and now 1 month in I completely understand 🙂
