[New Paper] One's connection to nature is predicted by family values, social norms and personal experiences of nature (not just personal experiences of nature alone, as is the common narrative!) doi.org/10.1016/j.gecc… 🥳🥳another PhD chapter out of the door! Tschüss!

A preference study on urban greenspace in Singapore can be used to plan new park locations. Different locations emerge depending on preferences for heat mitigation, air pollution removal, etc. Nice work by Yanyun Yan #esp21eu

So happy to see this Cambridge Conservation Initiative collaboration with so many great people out in NatureEcoEvo! We use the IUCN Red List data to map the probability of impact from the most significant threats to terrestrial amphibians, bids, and mammals globally: doi.org/10.1038/s41559… (1/9)

NEW PAPER: Our global study reveals that Protected Area Downgrading, Downsizing, and Degazettement (PADDD) are not compensated by their determined offsets or even when unrelated new protected areas are considered. Read the open-access paper here: doi.org/10.1111/cobi.1…
