ザックリ言うと、車の運転は、渋滞、事故、大気汚染、二酸化炭素排出などを引き起こす。だから、ガソリンはこれらの負の影響（外部性）を考えて高めの価格にするのがセオリー 今日本のガソリン代は、本来あるべき水準よりも安い（IMF, 2023）。これを補助する理由も、税金を下げる理由も全くないはず

QGISのバッチ処理でエラー吐かずに止まる症状に悩まされてたけど、v3.24まで戻すと止まらないことがわかった
