In order to access support through work,
I was labelled a 'trainee in difficulty'.

I felt like a failure.
Shame.

Everything I'd worked for, reduced to 3 words.
A black mark against my name.

Language matters.
Labels follow you.

Atm, this bit was worth waiting for.
But still plenty to do to improve the conditions!

On a brighter note, these are lovely 💛
And help lift the mood more than I expected.

There's a frustration in trying to explain anxiety is not simply being a little nervous.
Why do we have to justify our mental health so much more and pushed to the point it physically manifests.

Yes, I can function and I know my limits.

That's why it is called High functioning…
