Two weeks rest after track and then it’s the most wonderful time of the year, summer training—aka XC season. The season is won or lost in the summer.

Coach’s daughter, she may not run XC but she’ll break your ankles and drop a 3 while doing it!

The St. Pius XC Camp is almost here! 7 June (Mon)--10 June (Thurs) from 9:00--11:00 AM on the campus front lawn. Topics include: Nutrition, motivation, strategy, training, and running of course. Rumor has it that frisbees and water balloons will be on hand. DM if interested.
