Oliver ran big pr in the 5k with a time of 21:16 at the Ringing in Hope race this morning. Won his age group as well.

Juliet and Emmy both medaled at Grant Holloway meet with close 2nd place finishes in their age groups of 1500. Mya ran strong race in her first meet ever 5:49 1500 for 6th place and Kelsie ran a 21 second pr to take 4th in 13/14 race 5:42.

Jaiden led the boys medaling by winning the 13/14 1500 and taking 2nd in the 800. Carter ran a pr in the 11/12 1500 and Abhinav started his season out with a 5th place finish in high school race.

Abigail following up on strong freshman Xc season with a 2nd place finish at Grant Holloway meet with a 5:11- 1600.

US number 1 -1500 and US number 2 -800 in the 13/14 age group at Va Showcase for Maddie. Great way to open up her indoor season.

Ayush took 3rd in high school club race at Va showcase then came back to win 3000.

Elis is back running well running a pr in the 1500 and taking 4th place in the 15/18 age group at Va Showcase.

First 3000race ever for Emmy at PVa U14 championships and she destroys it and takes the win in 11:17.

Emmy, Emily and Juliet worked together for most of the 3000 race today. All made the podium . Emmy the win, Emily -2nd and Juliet - 5th.

Oliver was also running his first 3000 ever . Took 3rd on the 11/12 age group in close race with two other runners. 11:06 -3000 today. 1500 pr coming into season was 5:46. Today after 1500 of 3000 race was at. 5:23.

Entered some of our distance girls in sprint medley and they surprised the coaches and took 2nd. Strong legs in 200 by Cleo and Eva followed by Ella in 400 put team in 5th and Maddie almost brought team all the way back on 800 anchor.

Podium from PVA meet for 13/14 1600. 4 girls make top 6. Maddie -1st, Emily -3rd, Emmy-4th and Kelsie runs 12 second pr and runs away with 2nd flight to take 6th.

3 wins this weekend. Emmy-3000 and Maddie in 1600 (meet record) and 800.

Oliver just keeps running pr’s . After 3000-3rd place Saturday . Came back Sunday and ran a 18 second pr in 1600 to take 2nd in 5:22. His converted 1500 of 5:03 is 43 seconds faster than his pr from last spring!

23 pr’s frpm 18 runners this weekend. Landon, Eva , Kelsie and Landon all had pr’s in 1600 and 800.

Another medalist in 1600 has Annie runs big pr to take 3rd in 11/12 -1600 in 6:12.

Pr’s were also being set in New York has Jaiden ran at armory and took 3rd in mile in 4:48. Converted to 1500-4:29 is a 4 second pr.
