The candle requires a flame but when it rains the flame inside you goes with it. Once it dries you can prove that the flame still exists and will come back stronger each and every time.

I haven't been playing much Pokemon but when I do this is the Zoro list I have been playing on ladder its really fun and aggressive. Deserves more time than I am willing to sink into it.
