.Sir Jeremy Hunt MP my wife and are NHS consultants. Our combined pension tax bill for the last year is £30k. So what do we do? Retire seems like the best option. Wave goodbye to our expertise. There is no incentive to stay. Or you could change the rules. But you won’t. Cheerio.
