Tornado warned storm right beside me

Quick spin up tornado south of Hammond IL was not warned and it hit a house, they said it took off about half of their roof. Their barn had some damage and their silo was destroyed. Only a few miles away from my house.

Today marks 10 years since Moore has officially been struck by a tornado! Let's hope the streak continues.

Tragic tornado damage reported SE of Decatur, IL near Long Creek. Homes damaged, trees felled, fences destroyed, and animals missing as the tornado tore through a subdivision on the far SE side of Decatur. Emergency crews are responding; expect road closures and power outages.
