Her GP said "she had “chronic suicidal thoughts” but was not considered “actively suicidal”", then she took her life! How is that GP not held responsible for failing in his duty to safeguard her? Especially w/ a diagnosis, history &family raised concerns🤷🏿♂️ mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/m…
