The scene where Denise’s waters have broken in The Royle Family and she’s talking to Jim in the bathroom, and then Dave’s face when he comes in the house, is the best Christmas thing ever made. Perfect.

Shout out to all of my brothers in Christ who are currently watching a fireplace on Netflix because their partner is cold 🙌 Merry Christmas.

Whether he meant to or not, Ricky Gervais is now a mouthpiece for the anti-trans, anti-immigration, racist gammon c*nt community. He’s gone full meta, those supporting him and advocating how he’s challenging the norm are also the ones who believe what he’s apparently parodying.

That’s me done on twitter for a while. Can’t be here when pricks like this use it. No-one will care but the anger I feel reading shit like this isn’t healthy and I’d never be able to do anything about it so it’s pointless. Twitter is an absolute cess pool.

Cole Palmer scoring 4 in one half is decent but I went the library once with my Dad so he could read the old write ups form his Sunday League days, and there was one where he came on at half time hungover and scored four and set two up. Bet Cole Palmer wasn’t hungover.

Saw Nick Cave in Paris recently at the Accor Arena and I was really struck by that song Joy where he sings “We’ve all had too much sorrow, now it the time for joy.” I was thinking to myself, yeah that’s about right.
