Reminder that while the Talyllyn has a dedicated purpose-built flail mower, the Welshpool has a tractor on a flatbed with a mowing implement on the back and i think that's absolutely amazing

Compared to all the talented modellers on here, a featureless black box isn't the most inspiring model But it represents a kit I've actually made and finished (barring final varnishing) - and for someone as clumsy as me, that means a lot

Proposal for a video: Top Gear but with 16mm - Three of us pick a live steamer within a fixed budget and go around various tracks in the UK testing various aspects of them: runtime, strength, speed, etc Oh and if your loco fails, this is the forfeit vehicle
