I received a telegram that mentions that our delegation has been received in Simferópol, Crimea, by Baron Pyotr Von Wrangel Commander of the Russian Army, to negotiate an agreement. I trust the Baron, since his positions are less extreme than those of his predecessor, General А.И. Деникин.

As I continue to travel on the front lines, a telegram has arrived that mentions that at the military convention meeting in Bucharest, between our representatives and those sent by General Baron Pyotr Von Wrangel a principle of cooperation agreement had been reached. #1920Live

The telegram mentions that the representatives of the White Russian Army promised to liberate the territory of Kherson - Nikolaev - Ekaterinoslav, in the south of our national territory, from the Red Army and then move to the area of Mariupol - Chaplino - Cherkasy.#1920Live

For their part, our representatives with my recommendations, declared that our troops could reach the Cherkasy - Kozyatyn - Bila Tserkva line, in addition to leading the insurgency to facilitate the anti-Bolshevik military actions of the White Russian Army. #1920Live

Finally, both delegations have agreed to allow the use of railways and ports by mutual agreement. The command of the White Russian Army has agreed to supply arms to two of our divisions. I hope that this agreement will help to expel the common enemy from our territory.#1920Live
