Was always going to be tough today in bitter conditions against an excellent Woolton Lazio U15s. Only 3rd game since team restarted, but lots of positives, hard work, communication and trying to play simple football when we could. Basics are there, results will come. Onwards 👏⚽️💙

Of the 16 players in the squad, 15 started from game 1 and 1 joined after 5 games from a team that had folded. Proud of that consistency, a team that's built with firm foundations that we made. 12 players from season 1. Hopefully all 16 stay together.

End of season awards/paintballing today a well-deserved treat after tough season.  Easy when you're winning but true test is to keep going when results go against you. Attitude, resilience & commitment throughout top drawer. For that, they'd win awards every time. So proud 💙👏
