Some much needed rain today. We were able to needle tine all the greens before the rain picked. Also was able to sneak out a much needed soil spray on the greens.

Praying for rain. Hoses are out. 2 round of the Men’s Club Championship this weekend along with the 1st round of the Women’s Club Championship today. Great work by the team. The new forward tee on #3 just opened up yesterday and it’s looking awesome.

Aeration Week! Greens and Tees hollow tined 2in spacing. Then top dressed, brushed and watered in sand. Fairways getting solid tined. Last hoorah before the college kids leave in a week.

Top dressed 9,5,6,4 with the left over plugs from greens aeration. Also sprayed greens and fwys ahead of the rain with floratine nutrient package along with hydro 90 at 4oz/1000sqft and symphony at 2oz/1000sqft.

Busy fall so far on the course. New sod on 5 and 9 collars. Slice seeding some bent and rye grass on some selected fairways.

Also 8 tee has been leveled and sod has been laid. Just a few minor touch ups left.
