Adam Toy DJ Kelly I've skimmed over half the attachments (don't recommend). Yes most of the submissions are in oppositions, but there are many that are geographically clustered and very similar, it's clear that certain corners of the city have facilitated and encouraged residents to submit.

Jeromy brought this up again today on the eyeopener - kind of misleading. There are plenty of 'park' spaces currently zoned residential. This is about changing the base zone as it exists now, not fixing all the other zoning problems at once.
