Shiyazh Pete (Navajo) has made it to Kentucky. The New Mexico State offensive line transfer is the latest piece in a Kentucky transfer class ranked top 30 in the nation. #NativeAthlete #Navajo #Kentucky #SEC buff.ly/3WqHSSQ

There are so many federal policy ideas to honor the Constitution and Indian Treaties. How about actual implementation of the 477 law, which allows federal grants from different agencies to be managed as one single grant for the purpose of economic development/job creation.

Indian nations gave the United States millions of acres of land through treaties and it became the most wealthy nation in the world. Then the United States stole Indian treaty land. Would be cool to at least see federal funding agreements honored.

One thing not being talked about is the freeze on delegated Secretarial authority at the Department of the Interior. This has frozen Indian land lease for farmers and ranchers as well as approval of home mortgages on Indian lands.

Stemming from the Constitutional relationship with Indian Nations the federal government has a duty to engage in Nation to Nation consultation with Indian Nations about issues impacting them. Wondering if Consultation has happened with Indian country on any recent actions.

There must be guidance issued stating that any Federal funding going to Tribal governments or entities serving Indian people is a legitimate Federal expense and need not be subject to any further bureaucratic justification or paperwork by any Federal agency.

Honoring the Constitution would mean ending double taxation of Indian country because American Indian is not a racial classification.

How about all the federal funding going to American Indian Nations be block granted in one single award to cut down on needless federal bureaucracy. Tribal governments already submit annual extensive audits so the accountability is already in place.

Article VI of the U.S. Constitution states, β€œβ€¦all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby.” Now would be a good time to honor Indian Treaties.

Of all the 10 Commandments β€œthou shalt not steal,” is my favorite. Would be cool to see stolen American Indian lands returned.

Super Bowl Sunday would be an amazing day to Honor the American Constitution by honoring treaties with Indian nations and returning stolen Indian land.

Mondays are excellent days to start the week off by honoring the Constitution, which requires honoring Indian treaties because Article VI says treaties are the β€œsupreme law of the land.”

Tuesdays are also excellent days to honor the Constitution by honoring the treaty clause. You can even do so by returning stolen Indian lands that were promised to Indian nations in treaties and thus promised through the Constitution.

Honoring the Constitution on Wednesdays is always recommended. That means honoring treaties with Indian Nations and returning stolen Indian land.

Wizipan (@wizipan) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Today, Thursday, would be the time to honor the Constitution, which requires all U.S citizens to honor Indian treaties as the β€œsupreme law of the land,”

Did you know many Indian treaties have promise to hire provisions in them so the US is legally bound by the Constitution to hire Indians to serve Indian country. Indians working in government is literally not racial but Constitutional.

Some Indian treaties have promise to purchase provisions in them so the United States is bound by the Constitution to purchase agricultural and certain other goods from those Indian nations.
