For years, we’ve demanded that protected bike lanes & intersections be included in all road rehab projects. Including Main, which was recently redone. Its efficient & safe. Our proof it works includes thousands of roads just like Main & entire countries who do it. Sorry Evan.

An example of why springtime maintenance procedures for cars or trucks and bicycles differ. Large heavy vehicles are largely unaffected by debris and remove the bulk themselves; infrastructure intended for bicycles needs to be serviced by rotary brush-equipped machines earlier.
