Hi Ninja Nerds! 1️⃣ Aspirin: Inhibits COX enzyme, lowering thromboxane A2 and stopping platelet activation. 2️⃣ P2Y12 blockers: Block ADP receptors to reduce platelet aggregation. 3️⃣ GPIIb/IIIa inhibitors: Prevent fibrinogen binding to activated platelets. #stayNinjaNerdy
