A new Universal Support programme will help disabled people & those with long-term help conditions to find jobs & stay in work. The programme will match participants with existing job vacancies and support them into work.

Great to speak at the CMI Women's Conference today where we discussed the importance of inclusive workplaces. Labour's review led by Frances O'Grady will help us move further and faster in tackling the gender pay gap. Every workplace must properly value women's work.
