Same standards as bench for hang clean. We had 9 hang cleaning 200 lbs or more in December. We now have 21!! We only had 3 over 225, and now we have 8!! We only had one that could get 245, and now we have 4 that can get 245 or more! #KirksCleaners #RecruitEC

For squat, we gave them the challenge of “Do it or die trying” Feel like kids don’t have that mindset anymore and it is our job to fix that. Had 2 kids move some big time weight and then want to attempt more bc they hadn’t failed yet. #gottaLOVEit #BeAboutIt
