The 2 young men at R (Solman) and L (Martin) made a hole in a beaver dam near Costello Lk and served tea to Charles Elton and wife during their 1938 visit to the lab. Perhaps the 1st time Elton saw a beaver after publishing on long term fur records. 2/2
