The beauty of the joy that Jesus gives us is that it is not dependent on what is going on around us. Jesus prayed that His joy would “remain in you, and that your joy may be full” (John 15:11). His joy is in us!

Every believer has been given a measure of faith. In order to see the promises of God come to pass in your life, you have to give your faith a voice. You must declare what God says about you in His Word. Those seeds of faith inside you are activated when you speak them out.

We cannot allow resentment, bitterness, and unforgiveness to take up valuable space in our hearts, because God wants to work and do good things in our hearts.

Being consistent in renewing your mind daily will kill the desires of the flesh and keep you in perfect peace!

What do you fear: criticism, failure? What is a discouragement to you: something someone said or did to you or an obstacle you can’t seem to overcome? The only way to fight fear and discouragement, to be strong and courageous, is to take hold of God’s Word and obey it.

Some people will never like you... Don't waste your energy!

If you’re struggling to be around someone, ask the Lord to give you His heart for that person and He will bring unity!

When dark clouds are over your head and you feel as though life is depressing and gloomy, remember that right above those dark clouds, the sun is shining and will break through once again. In the meantime, keep your joy. Right past the difficulty is promotion and increase.

Just as God hid you, He will bring you out into the open. He'll shine His light on you and cause you to go where you could not go on your own. Don't let the silence discourage you. Your time is coming.

When you speak victory, you’re moving toward victory. When you speak health, you’re moving toward health. When you speak abundance, overflow, more than enough, you’re moving toward abundance.

Get a visual for your hopes and dreams and put them where you’ll see them every day. Then, you'll know where to direct your faith and what to hold on to. When God brings it to pass, it will be more than you can ask, think, or imagine!

Hope creates vision. Hope gives your faith something to attach itself to, something to pursue. You need a picture of what you’re going after to keep that promise alive in your heart, to create a vision, so you can make it through the difficult waiting times.

We all have opportunities to give up on what we hope for, walk away from an uncomfortable situation, or slack off because things get difficult and we’re afraid we might fail. If we are going to be our best and reach our dreams, we are going to have to stay committed.
